WHO I AM

I'm Carolina Rosas, a mixed media artist based in Newcastle upon Tyne, trading as Carolina Rosas Art Studio. I'm responsible for the personal information collected through this website. If you have any questions, you can reach me at carolina.art.studio@gmail.com.

INFORMATION I COLLECT

When you browse the site: basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is collected automatically through cookies and through Wix, the platform this website is built on.

When you buy something or book a session: your name, email address, billing and delivery address, phone number (if you provide one), and the details of your order or booking. Payments are handled securely by my payment provider — I don't see or store your full card details.

When you contact me or join my mailing list: your name, email address, and anything you include in your message.

HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To process your orders and arrange delivery.

• To manage and run your workshop bookings.

• To reply to your messages and help with any questions.

• To send you occasional updates about new work, sessions or events — only if you've asked to hear from me. You can unsubscribe at any time.

• To keep the website secure, and to understand how it's used so I can improve it.

• To meet my legal and accounting responsibilities.

I rely on different lawful bases to do this: to fulfil an order or booking (our contract), to send marketing (your consent), and to keep the site secure and working (my legitimate interest in running it, or your consent where it's needed).

COOKIES

This website uses cookies — small files stored on your device — to help the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how it's being used. Some of the services I use (including Wix) may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, there are appropriate safeguards in place to keep it protected. CHILDREN

This website and my workshops aren't aimed at children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.
