Greenery, 2026

Greenery, 2026
Oil on canvas
70 × 90 cm

From the Beyond Trees series.

Greenery began with the richness of a familiar landscape and the almost endless variations of green within it. Layers of foliage build around the water, broken by flashes of blue, pink and light.
Rather than recording the place exactly, the painting holds onto what stood out most: the abundance of colour, the reflections and the feeling of being surrounded by growth.
